Creamy Herb Vinaigrette
Choose your Better Than Milk product to prepare each recipe:
1/2 cup
- 1 tablespoon Better Than Milk® original soy milk powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped chive
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Place the soy milk in a small bowl.
- Whisk in the water until the powder completely dissolves.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mustard, lemon, and garlic.
- Whisk in the soy milk.
- Slowly whisk in the oil until it is fully incorporated into the vinaigrette.
- Whisk in the basil, chive, salt, and pepper.
