Peach-Berry Smoothie

If you’d like, substitute the peaches with sliced mango.
Makes: 2 servings
  1. Place the soy milk in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk in the water until the powder completely dissolves.
  3. Combine the soy milk, fruit and all other ingredients in the blender (if using fresh fruit, add a handful of ice cubes so that the smoothie is cold); puree until smooth.
  • 1/4 cup Better Than Milk® original soy milk powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
