Creamy Herb Vinaigrette

Makes: 1/2 cup
  1. Place the soy milk in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk in the water until the powder completely dissolves.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mustard, lemon, and garlic.
  4. Whisk in the soy milk.
  5. Slowly whisk in the oil until it is fully incorporated into the vinaigrette.
  6. Whisk in the basil, chive, salt, and pepper.
  • 1 tablespoon Better Than Milk® original soy milk powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped chive
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
