Creamy Herb Vinaigrette

Makes: 1/2 cup
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the mustard, lemon, and garlic.
  2. Whisk in the soy milk.
  3. Slowly whisk in the oil until it is fully incorporated into the vinaigrette.
  4. Whisk in the basil, chive, salt, and pepper.
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Better Than Milk® original soy milk
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped chive salt and pepper, to taste
